Program Partners are companies and organizations that are actively participating in the development and enablement of the Anglers' Legacy community. Just like you, these organizations are doing their part to ensure the future of fishing.
How Can Your Organization Get Involved?
From government agencies to sporting goods retailers to conservation organizations, a diverse array of Anglers’ Legacy partners are introducing new anglers to the sport through a variety of partnerships:
- Pledge Partnerships – promote the program at a number of special events throughout the year, from in-store retail promotions to boat and sportshows in major metropolitan cities, where avid anglers are encouraged to “Take the Pledge” and introduce more people to fishing and boating. Many partners provide give-aways, discounts, fishing trips, boats, equipment, educational courses or even a day of fishing with a pro angler or fishing celebrity as incentives.
- Rewards Partnerships –support the program by providing products or merchandise as Anglers’ Legacy incentives, rewards or prizes. Additional possibilities include co-branding initiatives that include donating a portion of co-branded product proceeds to conservation efforts.
- Message Partnerships – promote the program through public service announcements, product literature or in-store flyers in newsletters, magazines, catalogs and employee communications. Many partners leverage the national campaign by linking to AnglersLegacy.org from their company’s Web site.
