SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The “Catch the Big One” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 3:01 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") on 9/29/10 and ends at 11:59 P.M. (ET) on 11/21/10 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, age 18 or older who become an Anglers’ Legacy member at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (the “Sponsor”), Colle+McVoy, BASS, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, event coordinators and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes (“Release Parties”), and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households, whether or not related are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law.
HOW TO ENTER: Method #1: As a new Anglers’ Legacy member, visit www.AnglersLegacy.org and follow all instructions to “Take the Pledge” and you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes Bonus Prize drawing for a chance to win the Bonus Prize when you agree to “Take the Pledge” during the Sweepstakes Entry Period (“Bonus Entry”). A new Anglers’ Legacy member is defined as a person who becomes an Anglers’ Legacy member during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Anglers’ Legacy members prior to the start of the Sweepstakes, or any person who becomes an Anglers’ Legacy member after the end of the Sweepstakes will not qualify for Sweepstakes entry. Limit: One (1) Bonus Entry during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Method #2: As a new or existing Anglers’ Legacy member, you can qualify for a chance to win the Grand Prize by following all instructions to forward a video to a person who is not a Anglers’ Legacy member, and if he/she becomes an Anglers’ Legacy member during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing (“Grand Prize Entry”). There is no limit to the amount of Grand Prize Entries you can receive as long as each person you forward the video is not an Anglers’ Legacy member at the time you forward the video and he/she becomes an Anglers’ Legacy member during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. All entries must be received no later than 11:59 P.M. (ET) on 11/21/10. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries.
PRIZES & THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: 3 days/2 night trip for winner and a guest to attend the 2011 Bassmaster Classic (“Event”) in New Orleans, LA (ARV: $4,000). Winner and guest must travel on dates specified by Sponsor (tentatively scheduled for Friday, February 18 - Sunday, February 20, 2011, but subject to change) or forfeit all rights to the trip. Actual value of trip depends on winner’s location, fares at time of departure and land accommodations. If actual value of prize is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Trip consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for two from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence to New Orleans, LA (or ground transportation if the winner resides within 150 miles radius of New Orleans, double occupancy hotel accommodations (one standard room; room and tax only) for two (2) nights and admission to the Event. All meals, ground transportation (other than as noted), taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the winner’s sole responsibility. All prize details are at Sponsor‘s sole discretion. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on an airline carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Winner and guest must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by the Sponsor, and/or Event coordinator(s) and/or representatives who reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend or cancel winner’s and/or guest’s participation due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. If the Event is postponed, canceled, has occurred, or if weather affects the ability for the winner and/or guest to attend the Event on the scheduled date and time no compensation or substitution will be provided and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and guest other than to supply the remaining portion of trip minus the Event. Should this be the case, trip must be taken within 12 months from the date of prize notification. If for any reason whatsoever, winner and/or guest are unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest is responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. ONE (1) BONUS PRIZE: Shimano Rod and Reel and Sufix Fishing Line (ARV: $110.00).
RANDOM DRAWING & WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Bonus Prize and Grand Prize winner (“winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for the Bonus Prize and Grand Prize drawings on or about 12/5/10 under supervision of an independent judging organization (“judges”) whose decisions are final and binding. Winners may be notified by mail and will be required to complete and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and where permissible, a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”), within seven (7) days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. Prize awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of completed Affidavit/Release. In addition, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a winner may be subject to a criminal background check (“background check”) and the Sponsor has the right to disqualify a winner if it determines, in its sole discretion, the background check is not satisfactory. Winner’s guest will be required to complete a Guest Release Form prior to travel and must be 18 years of age and older or the age of legal majority in his/her state of primary residence at the time of travel. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Any other incidental expenses on trip prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize. Winners may need to furnish his/her social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law, if applicable. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor, Colle+McVoy, BASS, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize.

Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
