The Anglers’ Legacy Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") on 5/18/08 and 11:59 P.M. (ET) on 10/31/08 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are age 18 or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (the “Sponsor”), Walt Disney World Company, BASS/ESPN, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, event coordinators and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes (“Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households, whether or not related are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. 
   
To enter, visit www.AnglersLegacy.org/bass and follow all instructions to “Take the Pledge”. Online entries must be received between 12:01 A.M. (ET) on 5/18/08 and 11:59 P.M. (ET) on 10/31/08.  Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. Limit: One entry per person or e-mail address. In the event multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be accepted. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries.

Prize & Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: 2 nights Walt Disney World Vacation for winner and one (1) guest to Orlando, Florida (ARV: $3,000). Actual value of trip depends on location of winner, fares at time of departure and land accommodations. If actual value of prize is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Trip consist of: round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence to Orlando, Florida, or ground transportation if the winner resides within 100 miles radius of Orlando, Florida, double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one standard room) for two (2) nights at a Disney World Resort Hotel, one (1) day fishing excursion (includes gear and guide), plus $400 Visa Gift card to allocate towards meals and ground transportation. Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Card usage subject to the complete terms and conditions listed on the redemption instructions provided to the winner. Prize does not include taxes, incidentals, room service, gratuities, upgrades, or any other expenses not specified herein, all of which are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-assignable or transferable. No substitutions by winner are permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or any prize portion with one of equal or greater value in case of unavailability.

Trip must be completed by October 31, 2009 and is subject to availability. Blackout dates, advance booking requirements and restrictions may apply including a Saturday night stay. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and on dates specified by Sponsor or forfeit all rights to prize. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner is unable to travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If prize is forfeited, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner (at the sole determination of the Sponsor), the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. If weather affects the ability for the winner and guest to attend the fishing excursion on the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligations to the winner and guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the Grand Prize minus the fishing excursion portion of prize. Winner and guest must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by theme park which reserves its rights in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of any winner or guest due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct.  Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner’s guest (or guest’s parent or legal guardian if guest is a minor) must complete and return a Liability & Publicity Release prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must accompany winner on trip if winner is a minor. 

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 11/10/08 under supervision of an independent judging organization ("judges") whose decision is final. Winner will be notified by mail and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity/Travel Release ("Affidavit/Release") within 14 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local, sales and income taxes associated with winning prize. Prize will be awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of executed Affidavit/Release. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.

Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor, Walt Disney World Company, BASS/ESPN, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, event coordinators and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, use, misuse of prize or any prize related activity. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
