About Buddy:
I am a 52-yr old Professional currently between employment opportunities. I have lived in Clearwater FL now for 20-yrs. I used to be a member of the Clearwater Bass Club until an unemployment situation forced me to leave the club. Hope to re-join again soon. I have been fishing since I was old enough to hold a rod and reel thanks to my father. I grew up in Laurel DE and cut my teeth on Surf fishing on Assateague Island, MD with him. I moved to Easley SC when I was 21 with my employer at the time and lived there for 8 1/2 years. I fished for Bass in the lakes of Hartwell, Clarks Hill, Keowee, Jocassee, and my favorite, the Santee-Cooper lakes. Got an opportunity with a company in Largo FL and decided to make the move and haven't regretted a moment of it. Love it here and I hope I can find some great fishermen to fish with and share info with.

Hello, let's see where I should start...I am very active in several boards with conservation & fishing always in mind. I sit on the board of S.A.F.E.R. (www.sfanglers.com) a 501-3 group which is protecting the rights of fishing in the Florida Everglades. I also work closely with the FWC (Florida Fish & Wildlife)in many projects and was elected as a stakeholder to there newly formed roundtable group. As of July 2008 I have also been elected to the board of the Florida Nature-based Tourism Committee to help preserve and expose our Florida tourism market place.
While for some people that maybe enough, I also operate the largest Florida bass fishing guide service in the state of Florida. We have affiliations with NFL, MLB, NHL and of coarse NASCAR which our company is the only service that provides guide service for your favorite driver. We also provide charity fishing events during the NASCAR race weekends at Miami/Homestead in November and the Daytona 500 in February, what a blast! -

Married 42 yrs to Kate. Four daughters, Beth, Lori, Jennifer & Trish. BS from University of Maryland & Masters from Barry University. Served in the Air Force for 21 years. Stayed in my house through enterity of Hurricane Andrew, including 11 minutes of its eye. DO NOT EVER stay in your home through a major hurricane!!! LEAVE, LEAVE, LEAVE!!!!

About Buddy:
I just really got into the bass fishing scene hardcore about a year and a half ago. i mostly river fish as i do not have a bass boat, but have access to a jon boat. This is where i found my love of smallmouth fishing on the New River! so far, my biggest smallie is a 5 pounder!
