A) You will need to upload your photos to your own profile first
1) In the left menu, click on MEDIA
2) Click on the link that says UPLOAD PHOTO and follow instructions
B) Once your photos have been uploaded to your profile, you can add them to any group you belong to
1) Go to the group that you want to add your photos to
2) In the left column of that group's page, find the RELATED PHOTOS box
3) Click on the link that says ADD MORE PHOTOS
4) A listing of the photos you uploaded to your profile will display
5) Next to each photo, there'll be a link that lets you add it to the group
