Lot's of surface feeding activiy. Great shade and good beach. Right next to parking. Lot's of trout and yellow perch. Some bass in the cover. Work the structure of the banks for walleye. Very easy access.

This is a terrific park on the "Crossroads", where the St. Lucie Inlet, St. Lucie River and Indian River meet... GREAT fishing, and the city just improved the park with benches, pavillions, a walking path and lots of parking. A really fun way to spend the weekend, and catch your dinner!

If you love trout, then you have to try Willow Beach AZ. also record size striper of 60 lbs. i was fishing last week and i saw someone catch a 40 and two 25 lbs stripers in the harbor. From Las Vegas NV, you want to go south on US-93 witch is also called NEVADA Hwy/Great Basin Hwy to Hoover Dam. Willow Beach is 17 miles past Hoover Dam, and with the bypass bridge over the dam complete it makes for a fast trip to the water. if you have never been to Willow Beach you need to check it out, if you don't have a boat you can rent one from the bait-shop or you have alot of spots to fish off the bank. You can go up river by boat 12 miles to see Hoover Dam (PHOTO-SITE),make sure you stop at mile-marker 60 and see Arizona Hotsprings.With the planting of trout every Friday from the fish Hatchery the LARGE striper are out for the taking. Willow Beach has alot to see and do, From the sighting of Bighorn Sheep to the catch of that prize fish. Willow Beach has a store,a fuel dock and opening in March of 2011 are the campgrounds. i also want to add so you don't make the same mistake i did, the river from Willow Beach Harbor to the dam is closed every Sunday and Monday to all boat motor traffic.

This small lake is located on the Starkey Wilderness Preserve (entrance on 52 across from Hayes Rd.) There is a map on the Starkey-Serenova tract website where they have this pier listed as a ADA approved fishing pier. I've never fished here but I have walked the few miles of paths to get to this lake only to look in the water and see fish. Please note: There are no motorized vehicles allowed on this land. **Update**: Although this is a fishing pier on a map it doesn't seem to be designated as a fishing lake. No boats allowed.
