I almost forgot about the Black bear,Snow quail,partrige,wild rock goat,bob cat,cougars,what ever game you want ,its there.on Bablo Island and also on welesly Island., there are canadian salmon,brown trout,rainbow trout,yellow trout, speckled trout ,small mouth and large mouth bass,Giant northern pike,in most of the rivers and streams and lakes on both islands,sheepshead,Humongest channel cats,Bablo and welesly Ialands are a sportsmans Havan,and a wonderful family vacation spot.You can only get to both islands by boat or the ferrys there.The ferrys run at 6:00 am from Amhurstburg,to the Islands then at 6:00 pm back to Amhurstburg.Monday - Saturday, No ferrys on Sunday or holidays.You can rent horses on the Islands,for hunting or getting into the back areas for fishing,where even trail motor cycles can't get to.Its like stepping back in time out there.Nothing around except you, your horse and your camping gear.

There is moose,Mule deer,Brown bear,Grizzley bears,Wild Turkey,Pheasant,wild pig,for you hunters ,on Bablo Island also.

If you want Musky, Waleye. Sturgens ,Upto 165 pounds you have to try Bablo Island,A 35 minute boat ride from Amhurstburg Ontario Canada.There is also a giant amusment park on the Island,Rental cabins,Rental boats,A complete fishing and hunting supply and tackle and live bait store,one *** of a country cooking diner,Fishing and hunting guides for hire.A tremendous Bed and Breakfast Inn.A great taxidermy shop,for mounting your fish or game.Fishing contest every Saturday 1st. prize is always $ 500.00. 2nd, Is $ 250.00,3rd is $ 100.00.4th and 5th place is $ 50.00 worth of tackel or hunting supplys.From the store there.There is also an opperating Drive in movie Theater.I spent two weeks there on vacation.

Cayuga and Senica Lakes also have great giant Northern Pike and great yellow Perch.And also small mouth Bass.Also try the Marathon Lake that runs from Marathon NY to Moravia NY.Also the Onodauga Lake between Cortland And Syricuse NY.

Percy Priest Lake in Nashville is also a great spot for, Bass, Lake trout,Large Cats, and several pan fish.
