About You:	I've been an avid Largemouth Bass fisherman for most of my life. Finally fishing again after being away from it for 8+ years due to CRAZY work schedule. Fished Ma most of my life. Moved to RI in 91 and fished the *** out if this state in no time (it's a very small state). Starting on CT for my comeback, we'll see.
Favorite Activities:	Family, Fishing (of course), golf, tennis, softball, hiking, camping, pheasant and deer hunting.
Favorite Species of Fish:	Largemouth Bass (of course), Striped Bass
Favorite Tackle:	It's been too long. Old Dog learning new tricks. I'll post more as I go. FISH ON!!

My foreman on my first job out of high school

Favorite Fishing Story:
Fished Small Pond on Cape cod back in 87 with my good friend Dean. Tossed a white skirted spinner bait at the left side of a dock. The wind came up and placed it on the right side. We had been pulling globs of weeds in all day so when I began to reel in my spinner and it had some considerable weight to it, I figured it was more weeds (felt like it too). Nothing happened until it was about 4 feet from the boat. All of a sudden I felt an incredible tugging. Not too much fight but STRONG. As I got the line closer all I saw at the end of my line was a HUGE gaping mouth. The hair on the back of my neck stood up! I boated the bass and weighed it. 9+lbs!! I could almost put 2 fists side by side in its mouth. Wanted to keep it but 2 elderly women on shore persuaded me to put it back. One said that her son put them back all the time. This started my catch and release habit which continues to this day. This fish was so big its tail flopped out of a 5 gallon bucket we had on board! Most of my catches since have been average for New England. I did get a 7 pounder around 95 after moving to RI.
