The park feature a fishing lake, river/creek access, greenway trail access, children's playground, baseball diamonds, tennis courts and a picnic area.
The Olentangy bike trail runs along the western shore of the lake, and there is a trail that is 1.2 miles along the outside of the lake. This means easy access to any part of the lake. Lots of dog walkers around the trails.Community Rating: Community Rating:

Caught the first large mouth and lost another one this week. Slow and smaller baits are working in the colder water. Caught them off the deck and on the south side.

Well the Ice is gone and the surface temperature is reading 45 degrees on the northside and about 42 on the south side by all the trees. Even saw three guys trying to catch some of those big trout left over from last year.

Antrim Lake (Franklin County) – Antrim Lake, on the north side of Columbus, will be stocked with 10 to 13-inch rainbow trout on Friday, October 29th. A variety of baits prove successful for these hatchery-raised fish. Try corn, cheese, marshmallows or prepared baits such as Power Bait. The bag limit is five trout and anglers 16 and older need to have a fishing license. No boats are permitted on Antrim Lake.

Catching rainbow trout on rooster tails off the deck and along the western shore.

10 to 13 inch rainbow trout were released last Friday. The bite was crazy at 11:30 when they let them go but soon died down. It will take a few days before they start biting again. Lake is really high.
