Favorite Fishing Story:
I was 28 years old, and took my son (now 21 years old) to a pond close to our house. It had been at least five years simce I had fished this pond, but my uncle had caught a nice stringer of crappie and bass the weekend before. We had been there about 20 minutes when my son started hollering at the top of his lungs. I looked to see his rod bowed over, and him following the rod/fish into the pond. I ran to help , got him out and after about 10 minutes he reeled in a 11 lb 7 ounce largemouth. He was using a live crawfish on 8 lb test. needless to say we had a replica mount made.
