Gender: Male Age: 29 Your Location: Little Elm, Texas About You: I am a new dad who can not wait til his son is old enough to take on the water. I just moved to the Dallas area and I am right in the middle of Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts. But, my favorite lake to fish is Lake Fork. I am very interested in meeting new fishing buddies in my area and looking forward to hearing any advice about Lake Lewisville or Lake Ray Roberts. I have recently taken up Fly Fishing for bass. I am teaching myself and have already hooked up on 13 bass my first week. I want to let everyone know that when I decided to take up Fly Fishing, I went to the local Bass Pro Shop in Grapevine. I spoke with a man named Dave at the Fly Shop. He recommended a few flies to try, and as soon as I got back home I had to try them out. I caught my first 3 Bass on a fly rod that afternoon. So, here's to you Dave...my favorite Bass Pro associate. Favorite Activities: I am an avid fisherman who loves spending time on the water. I know that I still have a lot to learn from the sport of bass fishing, but I feel that I can hold my own when I get on the water. I am currently pondering the thought of starting to tournament fish. Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated. Apart from fishing, I love spending time with my son. He is truly a blessing, and is very interested in all types of fish....like father, like son!
