hi, i live in calif and do alot of stripper fishing. using cut bait or trolling hoochies followed by an anchovie . got any tricks?

Sac River Delta has a lot of young strippers that are fun to catch, especially if you take-out kids or first time anglers but the 18"+ are few and far, so where are the adults? Choice of bait are cut anchovies and liver for a fun exciting time. There are some good spots for big stripes but they are either hit or miss.
