  Description:	Fishing the Arizona Canal Sytem. Use normal stream techniques i.e. bends, swirls, bridges. Hook 0/0 Bullet sinker over slipshot or float. Hotdogs or Liver work best. Be wary of White Amur (Asian Grass carp) Big (30-40 inches) but a mandatory release in this water. Trout and Bass spewcies as well as other catfish species. (not as common) So if you need a close Urban fishing but want to avoid a stocked park look only to the canal. Regular Fishing Liscense is needed for this water, it is not part of the Urban program.
