Celia- The fish in my photo is a muskellunge (muskie). It's the WI state fish! The fish of 10,000 casts...difficult to catch, but quite fun.
Saw Andrea's comment below..WI has also incorporated the TMF images on the front/back cover of our regulations booklet. Everyone loves the photos!!

Hey Celia, you'll be happy to know Oklahoma was able to incorporate the RBFF feel into the cover of the fish regs - I'll try to get an image to share!

Well Celia, I caught that largemouth in late winter/early spring at Ceasars Creek lake in Southwestern Ohio. She was on a small patch of rocks in about 15 ft of water with 30 ft of water very close. I will post some more fish caught and of course released from that same lake soon. Ceasars Creek has small mouth, large mouth, spotted bass, black and white crappie, walleye, saugeye musky, and numerous spiecies of pan fish. I know it well and fish it hard. There you have it. Bet you want to know what I caught her on right?

Well, I just finished playing catch-a-boat and got through 4 regions - the sockeye salmon are beast; need to take a break.
