Who got me involved in fishing:
My Father when I was 3 years of age. He took me out on a Party Boat for a day of mackerel fishing.
Favorite Fishing Story:
I have a great memory of my first mako fishing trip. I fished a 25' Center console with a friend. After running a short 50 miles to a hot spot, then setting the baits,, 5 minutes later, two beasts torched our reels, and both fish rocketed out of the water not 50 years behind our boat. It doesn't matter that we boated one fish; the awesome sight of those two fish in the air will be engraved in my brain forvever.
Attended the Saltwater Sportman Seminar Series in Atlantic City this past week with my father. Cuddos to George Poveromo and the crew for conducting a first rate seminar.
The hall was packed. The information was informative, so much so that m 80 year old father, pulled useful info we can start using this spring.
I reccomend the seminar to all the saltwater anglers.
