Favorite Fishing Story:
Dad and i were fishing for largemouth late fall in northern indiana lake and ended up fishing for pike instead because they were feeding like crazy, i ended up landing a smaller pike, 10 minutes later he hooks up with a monster he gets it close to the boat and im trying to scoop this pig in our small frabill and this thing isnt wanting anything to do with net, i tried probably 10 times and the net was too small with one big head shake he was gone and all we could do is sit there and laugh cause we tried everything to get this thing in this small net , one week later there was a much larger net in the boat after that.

Hi. Dan Ratliff here. I know your story all to well. Sounds like Hamilton Lake. Early spring bass fishing there throwing spinner bait, half the time what you catch are pike. I love fishing with my father to. I am just a little older than you. Your father and I are proably the same age because my oldest son is 31. If you are interested in doing some fishing this year I am always looking for partners. Dan Ratliff.
