Favorite Activities: I fish the Maumee river and look forward mostly to the annual walleye run early in the year. The run is defined as the spawning season when about 10% of the Lake Erie Walleye population spawnes about the time the water temperature is consistantly above 35 dergrees. This is season can begin in late February-early March, and run for several weeks after. Favorite Species of Fish: Walleye, Perch Number of Anglers Invited: 0

The Maumee River is where you'll find me. The Walleye will be spawning soon. I'm gonna be there. Waiting....Fishing....As soon as the water temp is right for the run.
