Took my son out on our first fishing trip of 2009, today. We spent 4 hours fishing off a pier at the Navy Recreation Center, Solomons Island, MD, and didn't get one bite...not even a nibble. We are planning to go out again later this evening. Hopefully, we will have better news to report. Still, it was great getting back out there!
