Jason fishing at Culver is always a blast. I plan to hit it the first week of April. Thats usally when I first get to fish it. I will throw a X-Rap and get good results. Last year while everone else was in the chanels I had the lake basin to myself and my fishing buddy. We boated and released about a dozen largemouth. The largest being abouth 3 lbs. Fish the South east weed flats with the X-rap slow with a sweep of about 2 ft and long pause. In May switching to tubes works well. Work your way along the 7 to 9 foot rocks and weeds along the east side by the park. Hope this helps.
