Ken Langenhahn is proud to be a part of the Anglers’ Legacy.
Who got me involved in fishing:
As kids we were lucky our parents took us camping a lot. My dad was never a fisherman but my brother and I grabbed our Zebco 202's and went to the shallows looking for Bluegill's, I have just always kept with it.
Favorite Fishing Story:
Fishing has always been a big part of my life no matter the species, and I have been blessed to have been able to go on as many fishing trips as I have. But the trip I hold the closest is when we went to Mexico. A good friend Marty and I took our wife's to Mazatlan on a vacation. While there Marty and I took a one day trip to Lake ElSalto, we caught over 85 fish that day (Bass) and the biggest was an 8lb. Marty was catching the heck out of the fish the first part of the day, it did not matter what he tied on when he threw it out he caught fish, and I couldn't catch a fish to save my soul. Being the good friend he is, Marty kept encouraging me and after lunch the game changed as anyone will tell you who fishes a lot can happen. I went to a 6" lizard and pulled it slow across the bottom the hits came so fast and often it became unbelievable. Even throw we caught a ton of fish that day (all released) the company was even better. I highly recommend if you get a chance to fish Mexico to get down there! you will thank me if you do.
Thanks for the add, Ken. I work for a WI based company--Reinhart Foodservice.
