My Anglers’ Legacy

Who got me involved in fishing:
My Dad, we used to come to Hudson when I was a kid and would fish the canals when there were no houses here, except the older ones. Back then we came to catch fish, not just fish.

Favorite Fishing Story:
A friend and I went out on his pontoon boat to one of his favorite spots where he dives to spearfish. We had his little dog with us and when Ron went into the water and swam off the little dog jumped in after him. I had to get on my hands and knees to retrieve the dog from the water. Everytime I would bait my hook the dog would have to smell the bait and then let me know it was ok to use it (funny). The dog made the trip worth wild.
