Gender: Male Age: 60 Your Location: Navajo Lake, NM About You: My wife and I are retired and live in a remote area of northern New Mexico. The Lake is surrounded by State and Bureau of Land Management land so you can't buy waterfront property. Hence, we keep our 22' pontoon boat in a boat slip at the nearest marina. We spend most of our time on board the boat during the summer, from May till November, fishing and camping and exploring different creeks, coves and other fishin' holes on the Lake. Favorite Activities: Fishing, camping, travelling in our RV and photography. Favorite Species of Fish: I really like fishing for crappie and trout, both of which are abundant in Navajo Lake and the San Juan river, but trolling kokonee salmon during summer months and snagging those same salmon in the fall is great fun and just as great eating. I was raised on the Gulf Coast, so redfish and trout are probably my alltime favorites. Favorite Tackle: I use light to medium spinning tackle most of the time for fishing fresh water lakes and streams. When I get the oppurtunity to fish salt water I like a good baitcasting setup such as a Garcia 6000 and 6 1/2 medium action pole. Number of Anglers Invited: 4
