Yes, you can upload picks to hotspots...
1) Open the hotspot profile
2) Click on "Request Ownership" link
3) Once the ownership request is approved, you can go back to the hotspot & upload pics
Also, as the "owner" of the profile, you'll also be able to edit the hotspot profile, update it's info and adjust settings.

I finally got all in my previous post and am having fun - not any success - but fun nonetheless... the rest will come with time and practice :) building great memories with my kids! :)
