Your Location:	Dayton, Ohio Actually I live in Kettering just southeast of Dayton.
About You:	I am actively involved in several fishing organizations and fish as often as I possibly can. I enjoy outdoors activities, family, travel, music, research, writing, and talking with others.
Favorite Activities:	Fishing lakes, reservoirs, ponds, streams, rivers, and occasionally the ocean. Talking about fishing and the outdoor experience, educating others about the issues the effect our shared interest in the sport, and taking others out to fish. I also enjoy reading, writing, and researching issues that impacted our natural resources. Oh yeah, I also enjoy family functions.
Favorite Species of Fish:	I am a multi-species angler targeting largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass as well as walleye, saugeye, muskie, northern pike, and crappies.
Favorite Tackle:	The tackle I use depends on what species of fish I'm after. I fish alot of Dixie Sticks rods (Dixie Marine Ranger Dealer) and Basspro Extreme rods but own and use Berkley Series One, All Star, Falcon, Fenwick, and St. Croix rods. My reels are Pflueger, Abu Garcia, Daiwa,and Okuma. Baits vary but here are a few of my proven favorites: Berkley Gulp and Power baits, Yum and Zoom soft baits, Norman, Rapala, Bomber, Cotton Cordell, and Reef Runner Crankbaits.

Who got me involved in fishing:
My Father, "Big Ron" introduced all 7 children in our family to the wonders of the great outdoors. He was instrumental in educating us on the wise use and conservation of our natural resources. The ethics and values he taught me fueled my life long endeavor to learn as much as I could about the environment, wildlife, ecosystems, and the great outdoors. I have in turn passed this knowledge on to many people young and old, family and friends, as well as those I meet on or off the water.

Smallmouth are coming off the beds. Night fishing is already starting. Not hot yet but very soon!.Go get em!
