If you're in the Louisville area, come out and see our Take Me Fishing Center this weekend at the Boat, RV & Sportshow. Lots of fun family activities and you can enter to win a Disney fishing trip!

My Anglers’ Legacy
-
Stephanie West Vatalaro is proud to be a part of the Anglers’ Legacy.
Who got me involved in fishing:
My grandpa took me fishing in Lake Erie when I was very little. But I credit my dad, who's a flats fishing guide in Islamorada, FL, for really getting me into the sport.Favorite Fishing Story:
Took a family trip to Costa Rica to fish for sails. Because I am a captain's daughter, I was told I wasn't allowed to use the fighting chair to bring my fish in. =( The first two, I started out standing up, but had to sit down because my back was killing me. Then, on day three (after a little coaching), I brought in a 120 lb. Pacific sail without using the fighting chair AT ALL! Woo Hoo!Best Fishing Joke:
How do you clean a fish? In the BASS-tub!

Boat's in the water....and engines are running. =) Woo hoo! Let boating season begin!!!
