  Description:	An area of hard bottom between the eastern edge of the main shipping channel and Sharp's Island lighthouse. Water depths vary from about 25-17 ft. Practically everything that swims in the mid-Chesapeake Bay area will visit the Stone Rock at some time of the season. The "Stone" is especially well known during late May - early June for huge black drum.
