Location: CA, Profile Manager: D.J. Bailey Created: March 3rd, 2011 Description: Slow but steady current in the summer - catfish are large channel catfish are pushed through this canal catfish all summer long.
Fast and unforgiving current in the winter and spring season but is prime for sturgeon and stipperd bass. The canal only gains about 40 yards in width at the thickest point.
This canal changes water level constantly. some days u can fish down on the lower bank and sometimes the water is so high that you have to fish from the rocks. Come prepared in regards of tackle everytime you make a visit there.Coordinates: 38.5589, -121.582 Community Rating: Community Rating:
