Le Barge Creek
Removing non-native salmonids from Le Barge Creek and restoring the creek's population of Colorado cutthroat trout was an extensive multi-year project. Renovating a fish barrier was only part of the overall project that has effectively restored some 58 miles of in stream habitat along with several species of native fish.
