    The North East States provide some of the best trout and salmon fishing in the Country along with a variety of saltwater gamefish species from Stripers to Tunas that will test the skills of any angler.

  • Rod Building Seminar

    This course is offered to club members.

  • Shark Seminar

    This seminar is open to the public for a small fee but is free to club members.

  • Spring Seminar

    Classes will cover float fishing, spin fishing, spey fishing and traditional fly fishing.

  • Striped Bass Seminar

    This seminar is open to the public for a small fee but is free to club members.

  • Tropical Saltwater Fly-fishing University

    Each morning of instruction will be followed by a guided bonefishing trip on Andros Island's middle-bight, one of the last unspoiled frontiers in the Northern hemisphere. Upon returning to the lodge you can relax at the bay side grill for drinks and dinner, followed by evening discussions of the days events including further instruction on casting and fishing techniques.

  • Tuna Seminar

    This fishing seminar is open to the public for a small fee but is free for FTC members.

  • Youth Fishing Educational Project

    The purpose of this program is to help get more youth trained and involved in fishing. The course involves some classroom training and actual Fishing experience at a local lake.



  • Becoming an Outdoors-Woman

    Offers outdoor skills workshops to women throughout North America.  Skills for hunting and shooting, fishing, and non-harvest sports like canoeing and camping are taught.

  • Conclave

    This traveling rod-building seminar includes a banquet and a souvenir program.

  • Educational Recreational Adventures

    Educational Recreational Adventures teaches environmental education, science, and outdoor skills (fly fishing, canoeing, kayaking, cross-country skiing, backpacking, aquatic education,wildlife studies,...) to people of all ages.

  • Hooked On Fishing–Not On Drugs®

    The flagship youth education program of the Future Fisherman Foundation. HOFNOD uses angling skill development as a gateway to teach youth about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and how to deal with the challenges facing them in their young lives. The HOFNOD network includes trained aquatic education professionals in over 30 states with literally thousands of programs nationwide. Connect with a HOFNOD coordinator near you and help America’s youth get Hooked on Fishing and Not On Drugs!

  • Physical Education Program

    A curriculum and equipment package designed to teach fly-fishing in Physical Education. We assist teachers in the completion of Federal Fishing Grant Applications and can equip your whole program.

  • Student Angler Federation In-School program

    This free in-school program by The Bass Federation provides an educational look at today’s world of fishing. See how items like math, science and language arts are used by professional anglers’ everyday! Talk to a teacher, advisor or principle and have them apply for this TBF program for your school.
