Request for Proposal- Boat Registration Data Processing
The Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF) is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide database cleaning procedures to assist in targeting boat owners lapsed in registration. The company will cross reference data received from state fish and wildlife agencies with other vessel registration databases to determine if the boat of someone with a lapsed registration has been registered in another state.
Proposals for this data work are due Thursday, December 11, 2024 at 5:00pm Eastern. Submit proposals and any questions to jmartonik@rbff.org.

Request for Proposal- Boat Registration Data Analysis and Evaluation
The Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF) is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide data analysis and program evaluation services for an email and direct mail campaign. The company should be able to analyze data to create email, direct mail and control groups. Evaluation will include, but not limited to, response rate, program revenue, program revenue based on lift, etc. The company will produce evaluation reports to include data tables, summaries, conclusions and recommendations.
Proposals for this data work are due Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 5:00pm Eastern. Submit proposals and any questions to jmartonik@rbff.org.
